Blue Wagon Ministry exists to make the love of Christ tangible for individuals experiencing homelessness throughout San Diego by meeting immediate needs, building meaningful relationships, and connecting those we serve with resources and pathways toward recovery, stability, dignity, and lasting hope.

Blue Wagon Ministry was founded by Tommie Morrow during the height of the pandemic, when people experiencing homelessness needed compassionate support and meaningful connection more than ever. Since then, the ministry has grown into a dedicated community of volunteers who have served thousands of individuals throughout San Diego, making the love of Christ tangible through consistent outreach, practical assistance, and genuine care.
